Slightly Biased Quilts (“SBQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Jennifer Worthen. We design and sell modern quilt patterns, fabric bundles, kits, and related quilting products. Our mission is to create fresh, approachable, and fun quilting experiences for makers of all skill levels.

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights or restrict their use and enjoyment. You must not attempt to hack, modify, or otherwise interfere with the website or its functionality.

We do our best to describe each product accurately and keep inventory up to date. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and fabric availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement or refund.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit cards and other secure payment options provided by Shopify’s checkout system. Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Physical items (such as paper patterns, kits, and bundles) are shipped via the method you select at checkout.
Processing times are typically 1–2 business days, though custom or preorder items may take longer.
Once shipped, SBQ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues with your carrier.

Digital quilt patterns are delivered via instant download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital files, digital purchases are non-refundable. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly during checkout — that’s where your files and receipt will be sent.

All sales of digital patterns are final.For physical products, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made on our end.To start a return, please email us at info@slightlybiasedquilts.com.

All Slightly Biased Quilts patterns, images, and written materials are protected by copyright.
You may use SBQ patterns to make quilts for personal use or gifts, and to sell limited handmade items on a small scale, provided you credit Slightly Biased Quilts as the designer.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any pattern (in whole or in part) for resale, sharing, or teaching without written permission.

Slightly Biased Quilts occasionally hosts community events like the Stitch It! Quilt-Along and other kit-buster challenges. Participation in these activities is voluntary and subject to any additional rules provided at the time of registration or posting.
