Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Please double-check your email address before completing your purchase to ensure your files are delivered correctly.

If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at help@slightlybiasedquilts.com and we’ll happily help you get your files.

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened items (like paper patterns, fabric bundles, and kits) within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at help@slightlybiasedquilts.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  
  
• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error in your order.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  
  

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital downloads (PDF quilt patterns)
  
  
• Custom or made-to-order products
  
  
• Sale or clearance items

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item and it hasn’t shipped yet, reach out right away at help@slightlybiasedquilts.com. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it goes out!

If you’d like to exchange a physical item after delivery, the fastest way is to return it (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.

Once your return is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.
